My parents actually saw a dead body in a dumpster once. They thought it was just a "very lifelike" mannequin at the time so they didn't report it to the police, but later they heard the news reports. This happened in Surrey, so it wasn't a big surprise. Surrey is like Forest Lawn with 400,000 people and a higher crime rate.
